Question 1: What is you minimum order quantity?
Answer: Our minimum order quantity is not limited. However, if the machine value is very low, please pay us some extra money as the cost of shipping one sample is very high. So please order as many as you can.
Question 2: Can we find some used equipments?
Answer: Sorry, we only sell new equipment or machinery produced in our factory. If you need surplus, please contact other suppliers.
Question 3: What are your hours of operation?
Answer: Normally we work from Monday to Friday.
Question 4: Warranty time.
Answer: We offer one year warranty for our wheel loader, wood pellet mill, dumpers and other construction machinery and woodworking machines.
Question 5: Procedure of warranty
Answer: If there is a problem with our wheel loaders or other woodworking machinery and construction equipment, please send us an email with some pictures and details so that we can find out where the problem is. As soon as we find the reason, we will solve it promptly.
Question 6: Production time.
Answer: Different equipments have different production time. For example, our wheel loaders and wood pellet mills are about 10 days. But table saws are about 30 days.
Question 7: How can we trust your company?
Answer: We are an honest company exporting our mini wheel loader, site dumper, wood pellet mill, table saw, wood band saw, tile saw, metal cutting band saw, brick cutter, agricultural machinery, woodworking shaper, mortising machine, wood lathe, boring machine, powered wheelbarrow, concrete mixer, log splitter, sanding machine etc. If you need, we will send you our company registration certification and export license for your reference.
