Main feature:
(1) One of the biggest features of the PW370 is the strength of the chassis, which has been designed and tested to last the construction and rental sector, as with all other components on the dumper. This chassis is 2.5mm thick steel with reinforced strengthening plates in the key areas where stresses occur.
(2) The PW370 is exposed to various conditions and we have provided the essential protection for all key components and this protection is standard on every PW370. This includes a transmission support plate to protect the aluminum housing of the transmission. Additionally a belly plate is put on the underside of the machine, thus assuring all the key components on the underside are protected from dirt. If maintenance is required it is easily accessible by removing 6 X M8 screws.
(3)This can be done in less than 3 minutes by moving the friction wheel levers into the service position. You do not need to deflate the other tires in order to change a wheel.
(4)You could choose different tire options depending on the terrain but the wheel size will remain the same.
(5)The PW370 uses the same size wheels and this means the same size tires, all the way around the machine. (Not including the friction wheel.) What this means to you is that you only need to keep one type of spare tire in stock as a spare.
(6)Equipped with disk brakes and parking disc brake for total operator security.
(7) The PW370 also includes a lifting eye which is situated between the skip and handles at the point of the center of gravity (COG) of the machine. The dumper also includes strapping points for when moving the machine onto the back of your vehicles.
(8)This tank has a capacity of 2.5 liters and is situated under the engine cowl and it can be filled with ease from the top console of the machine.
(9)The PW370 uses 2 fuel filters 1 of which is in the fuel tank and the second one is an in-line filter ensuring no contamination will enter the carburetor.
(10)This machine is perfectly balanced when working with a full load.
(11)At the end of the gearbox we has added extra bearings to handle the weight that the PW370 can handle.
(12)Quick changeover to flatbed mode for hauling pavers, sod, etc:
(13)Faster and more flexible than a track driven dumper.
(14)Useable in two or 4 wheel drive mode and very user and service friendly. It is designed to maximize operator productivity.
(15)A friction system transfers power from the permanently driven front wheels to the rear wheels when required via an intermediate idler wheel. This clever design improves handling, reduces fuel consumption and permits quick wheel changes to suit conditions on site.
(16)The Mini Dumper is strongly built with a reinforced bucket for durability and shields to protect the engine, axle and gearbox.
(17)Most metal surfaces are nylon coated for a very durable finish.
